Our Brand

We are a female-led, Australian-owned small business focused on providing effective products for individuals suffering from headaches, migraines, neck pain, and jaw dysfunction. Our founder, Jessica Dowling, is a senior physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in treating headache, neck, and jaw-related pain, stiffness, and dysfunction.

How Our Heat Packs Started

With a passion for helping those suffering from chronic pain and discomfort, Jess has spent the past decade treating patients at her Brisbane-based clinic. Using her extensive physiotherapy expertise, she aims to improve the quality of life for individuals dealing with jaw pain, neck stiffness, and headaches.

After noticing the limitations of existing products in providing effective natural pain relief, Jess was inspired to create her own line of products designed specifically for individuals with headache, neck, and jaw pain. This led to the development of our heat packs, which provide soothing relief for chronic pain.

Committed to supporting local businesses, Jess partnered with other small, Australian-owned companies to craft high-quality, affordable solutions for pain management.

Our Heat Packs & Future Vision

We are proud to offer our hot & cold packs, which combine the benefits of heat therapy and cold therapy for effective pain relief. These heat packs are designed to alleviate headache pain, reduce neck tension, and help with jaw dysfunction, offering a natural, soothing solution to everyday discomfort.

Our goal is to continue expanding our product range, with a focus on sourcing and promoting 100% Australian-made products. We aim to make a lasting impact not only in the lives of those dealing with headache, neck, and chronic pain, but also within the local community.
